General

This Subscriber Agreement and Terms of Use ( the “Terms”) govern your use of Websites, content, and Social Media Pages operated by Patternsmart.com. (individually referred to as a “Website” and collectively referred to as the “Websites”). If you access and use the Websites, you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with any terms, conditions, and disclaimers in the content, pages of the Websites and behind links, buttons or icons on the Websites. The Terms also apply when you use a downloadable application to access any information, services and/or products that is provided on the Websites.

Changes including but not limited to adding fees and charges for use may be made to this Agreement and the Terms at any time without notice by updating this posting. Fees and Payments

You agree to pay the subscription fees and purchases incurred in connection with your user name and password for a service or a digital product/download (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect. We will bill all charges automatically to your Paypal account. Subscription fees will be billed at the beginning of your subscription. All subscription fees and payments for digital downloads are nonrefundable. We may change or add new fees or charges by giving you notice in advance.

Renewal and Cancellation

Your subscription will be valid for 30 days term and will NOT be renewed automatically.  If you wish to renew, please log into “My Account” to purchase again. You can not cancel your subscription within 30 days term.  

Disclaimer

Patternsmart.com is not liable in any manner for direct, indirect, special or consequential damages, however caused or alleged to be caused, arising out of the use of or inability to use the Websites or the Information, or the Information downloaded from the Websites, or any delay of such Information or the Websites, or any decision made by you in reliance on the Websites or the Information, or any errors in or omissions from the Websites or the Information, or any unauthorized use or reproduction of the Websites or the Information, even if Patternsmart.com has been advised of the possibility of these damages.  Further, Patternsmart.com is not responsible for any damages you may suffer if you transmit confidential or sensitive information to us or if we communicate such information to you upon your request over the Internet.

Email communication including any files transmitted with it are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed.  If you are not the named addressee you should not disseminate,distribute or copy this email Please notify the sender immediately by email if you have received it by mistake and delete this email from your system. Some of the comments and materials posted on the Social Media pages are not necessarily opinions of Patternsmart.com. You agree you will not post any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material.
