How the Partnership Works

• 1. Concept Submission

  Submit the detailed logic of your trading concept (indicator, strategy, or scanner).

  Note: To protect intellectual property integrity, we exclusively accept fully original concepts. Copying or derivative works of existing commercial tools will not be considered.

• 2. Evaluation & Proposal

  Our technical team will review your submission for feasibility and market viability. We will provide constructive feedback alongside a transparent proposal outlining estimated development, marketing, and administrative costs tailored to the project's complexity.

• 3. Mutual Agreement

  Once both parties align on project scope, we execute a formal co-op partnership agreement with clearly defined terms, conditions, and intellectual property protections.

• 4. Software Development & QA

  We engineer the software to your precise specifications. Prior to public launch, you will receive fully functional beta versions for rigorous testing and optimization.

• 5. Documentation & Onboarding

  To ensure a successful launch, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive user instructions and clear screenshots. We highly encourage high-quality case studies and video tutorials to maximize customer engagement and product appeal.

• 6. Pricing & Revenue Share

  Product pricing is determined collaboratively. PatternSmart retains a commission of up to 50% on sales to cover development updates, hosting, and platform overhead.

• 7. Launch & Marketing Execution

  We list your finalized product on PatternSmart.com and drive visibility through targeted promotional campaigns across our established social media channels and RSS feeds.

• 8. Multi-Channel Distribution Rights

  You retain the freedom to market and sell the final product independently through your own website, blogs, trading forums, or social media networks.

Order Fulfillment & Operations

• Partner-Direct Sales: For sales processed directly through your personal channels, PatternSmart will generate and activate the product license immediately upon receipt of our agreed platform commission.

• PatternSmart Sales: For all transactions processed natively through PatternSmart.com, your net revenue share will be distributed securely via PayPal.

Ongoing Support & Maintenance

• Technical Support: PatternSmart manages all ongoing software updates, platform compatibility patches, and backend infrastructure maintenance.

• Functional Support: As the creator of the strategy, you will be responsible for addressing client inquiries regarding trading logic and practical application.
